Job summary

Ping Health is seeking licensed Medicare Field Agents in North Carolina to meet face-to-face with clients, explain Medicare options, and enroll beneficiaries in plans compliant with CMS guidelines. Build your own client book, set flexible schedules, and work with leading carriers while receiving ongoing training and support.

Ideal candidates hold an active Life & Health license for NC, AHIP certification, and E&O insurance.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (North Carolina)
• Current AHIP Certification
• Ability to obtain/maintain E&O Insurance
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Medicare sales or public speaking experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person appointments with Medicare-eligible clients
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plan options
• Complete enrollments accurately and in full CMS compliance
• Build and maintain a personal book of business
• Generate leads through networking, community outreach, and referrals
• Create face-to-face connections via grassroots marketing and events
• Stay current on carrier products and CMS regulations
