Job summary

As a trusted advisor, you’ll enroll clients in CMS-compliant plans and stay updated on CMS regulations. This 1099, commission-based position offers autonomy, local travel, and ongoing support from a team and modern tools.

Qualifications

• Must hold North Carolina Life & Health license.
• Current AHIP certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience with Medicare sales or public speaking is a plus; bilingual ability is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person appointments with Medicare-eligible clients.
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plan options.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business.
• Generate leads through networking, community outreach, and referrals.
• Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing and in-home visits.
• Stay current on carrier products and CMS regulations.
• Deliver a personalized client experience reflecting Ping Health's standards.
