Job summary

Ping Health is seeking licensed Medicare Field Agents in North Carolina to educate beneficiaries on Medicare options and complete enrollments as a 1099 independent contractor. You will meet clients face-to-face, build relationships, and grow your personal book of business in Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, Union counties.

Leverage AHIP and state license to guide communities through Advantage, Supplement, and PDP plans.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (North Carolina) required.
• Current AHIP Certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and work face‑to‑face with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person appointments with Medicare‑eligible clients.
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and PDP options.
• Complete enrollments accurately and in full CMS compliance.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business and generate referrals.
• Attend community events and local outreach to create new connections.
