Qualifications

• Must hold North Carolina Life & Health license.
• Current AHIP certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience with Medicare sales or public speaking is a plus; bilingual ability is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person appointments with Medicare-eligible clients.
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plan options.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business.
• Generate leads through networking, community outreach, and referrals.
