Job summary

PCC Community Markets in Issaquah, WA is seeking a Meat Cutter to cut, prepare and handle all meat and seafood in line with PCC standards. You will provide excellent, professional customer service and help maintain department standards.

Responsibilities include receiving product, stocking, merchandising, and ensuring cleanliness and safety. Must be licensed, able to lift up to 60 lbs, and able to travel to multiple PCC locations.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a meat cutter at all PCC locations.
• Must be able to travel to multiple store locations.
• Must be able to meet physical demands including standing, bending, lifting up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent, professional customer service.
• Cuts, prepares and handles all meat and seafood per PCC standards.
• Maintains scales, labels and signage per regulations and PCC standards.
• Receives product and may place orders as directed by supervisors.
• Merchandises the department to maximize sales.
• Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards.
