Job Description

Spavia Clark Commons is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists.

Transparent Pay Structure - Based on Experience

• Avg pay per 60-min massage: $52–$62 (includes gratuity)
• Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80–100 min treatments
• Steady schedule with loyal guests and members
• W-2 position – We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on massage

Service Length Pay (incl. gratuity)

• Signature/Relaxation Massage 60 min $52–$56
• Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone 60 min $57–$61
• Extended Modalities 80–100 min $63–$80

• Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
• Average therapist gratuity: ~20%
• Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K–$75K+ annually
• Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales, and bonuses

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time
• Weekend/evening availability preferred
• 10-minute turnover between services
• Typical shift 5–6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60-minute massages
• Full-Time Incentive: Approximately $5,000/year for full-time MTs
  • Must provide 110 hours of availability per month
  • Must be booked 50% or more of available schedule
  • Must provide 20 or more of those hours on weekends/month
  • Earn $400/month
