Job summary

Spavia Cinco Ranch is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists for part-time and full-time roles in Katy, TX. Therapists provide Swedish, deep tissue, salt stone, prenatal, and other massage modalities to a loyal guest base.

The position includes a steady schedule, W-2 status, and support with marketing and supplies. Pay is transparent and based on experience; most guests tip, and therapists can earn additional income from enhancements, retail sales, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active TX massage therapy license is required.
• Part-time or full-time availability preferred.
• Weekend/evening availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Swedish, deep tissue, salt stone, prenatal, and other massage modalities.
• Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and ready for guests.
• Track guest progress with simple SOAP notes and maintain client relationships.
• Suggest enhancements and memberships to support guest wellness goals.

Massage Therapist

Company name is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists.

Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

• Avg pay per 60-min massage: $45 -$55 (includes gratuity)
• Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80-100 min treatments
• Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
• W-2 position - We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage

Service - Length - Pay (incl. gratuity)

• Signature/Relaxation Massage - 60 min - $45 - $50
• Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone - 60 min - $50-$55
• Extended Modalities - 80 - 100 min - $58-$80
• Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
• Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included
• Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $50K-$65K+ annually
• Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time or part-time
• Weekend/evening availability preferred
• 10-minute turnover between services
• Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
