Job summary

Spavia Greenlake, a locally owned luxury day spa in Seattle, is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join the team. You will deliver Swedish, Deep Tissue, Salt Stone, or Prenatal sessions to a loyal client base and help guests achieve relaxation and wellness goals.

Full-time or part-time schedules offer evenings and weekends with a focus on sustainable shifts. You’ll benefit from guaranteed tips, paid time off, and in-house training designed to support your professional growth and work-life

At Spavia Greenlake, we provide a full-service, affordable luxury day spa experience. From our guest retreat areas, warm neck pillows, robes to our private showers and premium product lines, we create an elevated space for healing. We manage all the business details (marketing, booking, and linens) so you can do what you do best in a calm, beautiful, and professional home.

What this looks like for you:

• Experienced LMTs (at 25 hours/week) earn $70,000-$80,000+ annually.
• Average Pay: $70-$80 per 60-minute massage(includes a high baseline gratuity averaging ~$33/service).
• Advanced Services: Earn up to $125 for 80-100 minute treatments.
• Guaranteed Tips: 100% of your tips belong to you.
• Extra Income: Additional earnings from service enhancements and bonuses.
• No-Show Protection: Paid for qualifying late cancellations and guest no-shows.

Schedule:

• Full-Time or Part-Time: Flexible scheduling options with a focus on sustainable, balanced shifts.
• Evenings & Weekends: Availability during these peak hours is preferred to help you build your book quickly.
• Time to Breathe: We feature a 10 to 20-minute turnover window between every single service
• Sustainable Shifts: Typical shifts run 5 to 6 hours (averaging 4 to 5 hands-on hours), ensuring you earn a great income without burning out your body.

• Support Guest Wellness Connect with guests post-session to recommend care plans, helpful enhancements (like cupping or CBD), or memberships that genuinely support their healing journey. (No aggressive corporate sales tactics or high-pressure quotas--just authentic care).
• Maintain Your Workspace Keep your treatment room clean, organized, and ready for your next guest.
• Easy Documentation Track guest progress with our simple, streamlined SOAP notes.
• Collaborate and Grow Work with a warm, supportive team that values kindness, professionalism, and mutual growth.
