Spavia King of Prussia is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for part-time and full-time roles. We offer a transparent pay structure based on experience, with typical 60-minute massages earning $45-$55 and extended services up to $70.

Spavia King of Prussia is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists.

Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

• Avg pay per 60-min massage: $45-$55 (includes gratuity)
• Advanced services: Up to $70 for 80-100 min treatments
• Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
• W-2 position - We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage

Service - Length - Pay (incl. gratuity)

• Signature/Relaxation Massage - 60 min - $45 -$55
• Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone - 60 min - $50-$61
• Extended Modalities - 80 - 100 min - $63-$80
• ost guests choose advanced/extended treatments
• Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included
• Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K-$75K+ annually
• Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses
