Job Description

Spavia Clark Commons is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Estheticians.

Transparent Pay Structure

Pay is based on experience and includes gratuity:

• Signature Facial (50 min): $52–$56


• Advanced Facials/Exfoliation (40–60 min): $57–$61


• Upgraded Treatments (70 min): $62–$66


• Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments


• Average specialist gratuity: ~$20 included


• Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K–$75K+ annually


• Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

Schedule

We are specifically looking for availability on the following shifts:

• Mondays 2pm–8pm


• Tuesdays 2pm–8pm


• Wednesdays 2pm–8pm


• Fridays 2pm–8pm


• Saturdays 1pm–7pm


• Flexibility for coverage on remaining days

Full-time or part-time positions available. Weekend/evening availability preferred. Typical shift is 5–6 hours, equivalent to four or five 60-minute facials, with a 10-minute turnover between services.
