Job summary
Academy Access Solutions is seeking experienced locksmiths to service the greater South Jersey market. Technicians work from home-lead daily routes, use a company van, and follow a typical Monday to Friday 9 to 5 schedule.
Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years of commercial locksmith experience, an active license, and a clean driving record. You will perform lockouts, rekeys, key coding, and safe installations while representing corporate clients professionally with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of commercial locksmith experience.
- Active locksmith license.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR.
- Nearby within ~30 miles of Paterson, NJ.
- Experience with safe installs.
- Professional with corporate clients and minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Gain access in basic lockout situations.
- Standard and master rekeys.
- Remove, rekey and cut keys by code for office equipment.
- Originate, duplicate and stamp keys.
- Recognize and identify various key blanks.
- Identify and use correct code cards for HPC machines.
- Repair, replace and identify locks.
- Fresh installation of various locks.
- Decode, pin and cut keys for SFIC.
- Recognize and identify SFIC key blanks.
- Complete walkthroughs for projects and conversions.
