Job summary

FlyLock Security Solutions is seeking a Locksmith Technician to join our franchise team. The role requires hands-on locksmithing skills, access control experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.

The technician will perform commercial and residential hardware installation, repair, and maintenance, including master key systems and keying services. English fluency and reliability are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in technical hands-on locksmithing, access control, door hardware, and related trades.
• Good verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple functions concurrently.
• Good organizational skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Capable of working effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency work orders for commercial clients.
• Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential hardware.
• Experience with Safe and Card Access is a plus.
• Install, repair, and maintain Access Control Hardware.
• Modify hardware for locks and create master key systems.
• Re-key both residential and commercial locks and perform pinning.
