Home Front Mortgage in Portland, OR is seeking a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant with 5+ years mortgage lending experience to join our growing team. The role offers a base salary plus commission, with stability and earning potential in a fast-paced mortgage environment.

You will support loan officers through the full loan lifecycle, coordinate with borrowers, realtors, processors, and underwriters, and help keep files organized and on track toward timely closings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of mortgage lending experience.
• Active licensing as required for Loan Officer Assistant role.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage guidelines and processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Support Loan Officers from application to closing.
