Qualifications

• Active NYS Real Estate Salesperson License with 2+ years in listings.
• Proven track record of securing and closing listings and strong follow-up.
• Deep knowledge of Putnam and Dutchess counties and market trends.
• Able to manage high-volume lead databases.
• Growth-minded and coachable; comfortable with scripts and models.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with seller leads and convert to listing appointments.
• Prospect daily for new seller opportunities.
• Conduct listing consultations using team scripts and materials.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate listing agreements.
• Maintain CRM records and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize referrals.
• Participate in weekly coaching and training.
• Preview properties to stay informed on inventory and pricing.
• Stay informed about industry changes and local trends.
• Troubleshooter and problem solver.
