Job summary

Qualifications

• Active New York real estate salesperson license, or willingness and ability to obtain one.
• Strong knowledge of real estate listing processes, MLS platforms, contracts, disclosures, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings, deadlines, appointments, and priorities accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients, agents, vendors, photographers, and other partners.
• Proficiency with MLS systems, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other real estate technology.
• Ability to coordinate photography, staging, inspections, showings and open houses.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with Pleasantville, Westchester County, and broader New York real estate markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end listing process, from initial consultation through launch and closing.
• Prepare accurate listing materials, including property descriptions, pricing details, disclosures, and marketing content.
• Schedule and coordinate photography, videography, staging, inspections, showings, open houses, and other listing-related appointments.
• Manage listing data across MLS platforms, websites, social media, and third-party portals with accuracy.
• Collaborate with agents, sellers, vendors, photographers, stagers, attorneys, and partners to keep transactions on track.
• Monitor listing performance, showing activity, feedback, and market changes; provide timely updates and recommendations.
• Maintain organized transaction and listing records with professional communication throughout the seller experience.
