Job summary

ERB Enrollment Solutions is urgently hiring licensed Life Insurance Agents in Bakersfield, CA to support a heavy enrollment schedule next month. You will conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations, educating employees on Life, Accident, Disability, and supplemental products.

The role is high-volume and consultative with on-site meetings and enrollment support. A valid Life & Health license and at least 1 year of enrollment or sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (Accident preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales, benefits enrollment, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one benefit consultations (in-person and virtual).
• Educate employees on benefit options including Life, Accident, Disability, and supplemental products.
• Guide employees through the enrollment process using client systems and Enrollment Navigator.
• Clearly explain coverage options, eligibility, and policy details.
• Maintain accurate and complete records within the CRM system.
• Coordinate closely with Enrollment Outreach Representatives (EORs) to ensure efficient scheduling and high participation rates.
• Support post-enrollment follow-ups to address employee questions and resolve issues.
• Represent ERB professionally while working onsite at client locations.
