Job summary

ERB Enrollment Solutions is urgently hiring 2 licensed Life Insurance Agents in Fresno, CA, to handle a heavy enrollment schedule for multiple client accounts. The role is high-volume and outside sales oriented, with stipend support and commissions on production.

Agents will conduct employee benefit consultations, educate on Life/Disability options, and manage enrollment processes onsite at client locations. Prior CRM and MS Office skills are required; public sector experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (Accident preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales, benefits enrollment, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one benefit consultations (in-person and virtual).
• Educate employees on benefit options including Life, Accident, Disability, and supplemental products.
• Guide employees through the enrollment process using client systems and Enrollment Navigator.
• Explain coverage options, eligibility, and policy details clearly.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with Enrollment Outreach Representatives to ensure scheduling and participation rates.
• Support post-enrollment follow-ups to address questions and issues.
• Represent ERB professionally on client sites.
