Job summary

ERB Enrollment Solutions is hiring 5 licensed Life Insurance Agents in Los Angeles, CA to handle high-volume enrollments for multiple accounts, including a large Public Safety client. Roles involve presentations, employee consultations, and hands-on enrollment activities onsite and online.

This is a commission-based opportunity with an upfront stipend to provide cash flow, plus earnings from commissions upon policy confirmations by carriers.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License required (Accident preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales, benefits enrollment, or a related field.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one benefit consultations (in-person and virtual).
• Educate employees on benefit options including Life, Accident, Disability, and supplemental products.
• Guide employees through the enrollment process using client systems and Employee Navigator.
• Clearly explain coverage options, eligibility, and policy details.
• Maintain accurate and complete records within the CRM system.
• Coordinate with Enrollment Outreach Representatives to ensure scheduling and participation rates.
• Support post-enrollment follow-ups to address employee questions.
