Job summary

ADP is seeking a Relationship Manager -- Employee Benefits in Florham Park, NJ to serve as the single point of contact for a book of business of Group Health Insurance clients. You will own, manage, and service the relationship, providing proactive guidance and approvals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Implementation, Payroll, Sales, and other partners to deliver tailored benefits solutions and maintain records of client interactions and plans.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of related insurance experience.
• Life - Health Insurance Producer License.
• A college degree is great but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's primary contact, acting as an internal client advocate.
• Manage benefit renewals, support Open Enrollment, and prepare quotes.
• Design and implement employee benefits programs, including group health and other coverages.
• Conduct virtual meetings to review plans and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and plans.
