Responsibilities
  • Provide information to customers about healthcare options and insurance policies.
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate insurance policies.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, claims, etc.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Stay updated on insurance regulations, healthcare policies, and market trends.
  • Promote insurance products to meet sales targets.
  • Address customer concerns with their policies.
  • Collaborate with team members for cohesive service and policy management.
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure and improve skills.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid Healthcare Insurance License.
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to multitask.
  • Reliable and punctual.
Requirements
  • Wired Ethernet connection with minimum 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • Two 21" monitors.
  • Own headset (models to be recommended during interview).
Conditions of Employment
  • Authorized to work in the country.
  • Willing to submit background/security investigations and drug screening.
