Responsibilities
- Provide information on healthcare options and insurance policies.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable insurance policies.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, claims, and other insurance matters.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Stay updated on insurance regulations, healthcare policies, and market trends.
- Promote insurance products to meet sales targets.
- Address customer concerns regarding their policies.
- Collaborate with team members and departments for cohesive service.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure and improve skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Healthcare Insurance License.
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule, analytical skills, ability to multitask.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependability in completing tasks and attendance.
