Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a Licensed Life and Health Insurance Specialist who will play a vital role in educating and guiding customers to select the insurance policies that best meet their needs. Responsibilities
  • Provide information to customers about healthcare options and insurance policies.
  • Help customers choose appropriate insurance policies.
  • Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, claims, and other questions.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
  • Stay updated on insurance regulations, healthcare policies, and market trends.
  • Promote insurance products to meet sales targets.
  • Resolve customer concerns with their policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments for cohesive service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Healthcare Insurance License
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible schedule, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable in completing assignments and attendance
Requirements
  • Wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
  • Two 21" monitors
  • Own headset (models to be recommended during interview)
Conditions of Employment
  • Authorized to work in the country
  • Willing to submit background/security investigation and fingerprinting
  • Willing to undergo drug screening
