Ideal candidates hold an active Illinois license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent), have direct clinical experience, and value cultural competence and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois license required (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience providing direct clinical services in mental health or behavioral health settings.
• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clinical documentation.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a team.
