Job summary

Associa is seeking a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to join our Walton County, FL team. This Portfolio Community Association Manager role requires coordinating with Association Boards, traveling to client sites, and managing annual disclosures and financial statements.

The successful candidate will have a valid Florida LCAM license, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, enabling effective communications and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Community Association Manager (LCAM) license is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to safely navigate and walk throughout community properties outdoors for extended periods.
• Experience in Community Management, customer service, hospitality or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as or oversee the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Travel to client associations to attend board meetings, perform inspections, and attend community events as needed.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages, annual meeting notifications, and annual financial statement packages for homeowners.
• Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summaries are submitted to the board.
• Provide recommendations to the Board and committees regarding capital expenditures.
