Strong customer service and organization are essential. As a Portfolio Community Association Manager, you will handle annual disclosures, financial statements, and board reporting while ensuring deadlines and regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida LCAM license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in community management or hospitality/customer service.
• Proficient in business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation).
• Strong in customer service and conflict resolution.
• Able to work well with others in person and in group settings.
• Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication on phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Act as or oversee primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Travel to client associations for board meetings, inspections, and events as needed.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages, meeting notices, and financial statements for homeowners.
• Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summaries are submitted to the board.
• Provide recommendations to the Board regarding major expenditures to maintain community appearance and operation.
