You will use the DRH Sales apps, maintain accurate records, coordinate with team members, and ensure compliance with company standards while pursuing growth with one of America's leading homebuilders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years related experience.
• Must hold a valid Nebraska real estate license.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Proficient in DRH Sales applications, MS Office, and email.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn sale process under supervision of licensed Sales Representative.
• Greet and qualify visitors and demonstrate models.
• Overcome objections and close for the sale.
• Document the transaction and track loan/construction progress.
• Respond to customer information requests and maintain files.
• Maintain good rapport with customers, realtors, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and attend meetings.
