Responsibilities

• Read blueprints/schematics and install conduit.
• Perform wire pulls and preventive maintenance.
• Work with three‑phase circuits, generators, transformers and switchgear.
• Follow NEC, OSHA, and lockout/tagout safety requirements.

Job description

We are immediately hiring experienced LICENSED Journeyman Electricians to work onsite in El Paso, TX.

Relocation & Bonus Package:

• Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement (with receipts)
• $650 monthly housing assistance for 3 months
• $3,000 Total Bonus: $1,500 at 90 days and $1,500 at 180 days

The Basics:

• Pay: $28.00 to $32.00/hour (Approx. $58,240-$66,560/year) + Overtime
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 AM
• Location: El Paso, TX (Relocation required)

The Role:

You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems. This includes reading blueprints/schematics, installing conduit, completing wire pulls, performing preventive maintenance, and working with three-phase circuits, generators, transformers, and switchgear under NEC, OSHA, and lockout/tagout safety requirements.

What You Need:

• Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience (No apprentice electricians).
• Valid Journeyman Electrician license (TX or NM accepted; out-of-state must be eligible for TX license).
• Completed electrical apprenticeship.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• No IEC or license sponsorship is available.
