We Power America in Texas is seeking licensed electricians for El Paso and statewide openings. We are targeting journey level and supervisory roles on high profile projects, with competitive wages and strong benefits.

You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings, follow codes, read blueprints, and collaborate with a team to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Journeyman or supervisory level experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using a variety of tools and techniques to resolve problems efficiently.
• Ensure all electrical work adheres to local, state, and federal electrical codes, safety standards, and building regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute electrical installations and upgrades.
• Upgrade and modify existing electrical systems to improve performance or meet new requirements.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Work closely with other contractors, engineers, and team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to reduce downtime and increase operational efficiency.
• Provide on-call support for emergency electrical repairs, ensuring quick response and resolution of critical issues.

Job Responsibilities for Commercial and Industrial Electrician:
