Job summary

Devine Management Consulting, LLC seeks experienced electricians in Birmingham, AL, willing to relocate to El Paso, TX. Full-time, Monday–Friday, starting at 7:00 a.m., with overtime opportunities.

Compensation includes $28–$32 per hour and an annual salary of approximately $58,240–$66,560, plus a relocation package, housing assistance for three months, and performance bonuses after 90 and 180 days. Licenses required: Journeyman Electrician; Texas/NM licenses accepted.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of industrial electrical experience.
• Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
• Texas or New Mexico license accepted.
• Out-of-state applicants must be eligible to obtain a Texas Journeyman Electrician license.
• Completed electrical apprenticeship.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Install conduit, complete wire pulls, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Work with three-phase circuits, generators, transformers, and switchgear.
• Follow NEC, OSHA, and lockout/tagout safety requirements.

• Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement with receipts
• $650 monthly housing assistance for three months
• $1,500 bonus after 90 days
• $1,500 bonus after 180 days
