Job summary

Devine Management Consulting, LLC is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians willing to relocate to El Paso, TX. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial electrical systems with emphasis on NEC/OSHA safety standards.

You must have at least 5 years of industrial electrical experience, a valid Journeyman license, an electrical apprenticeship, and a clean driving record. Relocation package and housing assistance are provided, with a local relocation to Texas required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience (No apprentice electricians).
• Valid Journeyman Electrician license (TX or NM accepted; out-of-state must be eligible for TX license).
• Completed electrical apprenticeship.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• No IEC or license sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems.
• Read blueprints/schematics and install conduit.
• Perform wire pulls and preventive maintenance.
• Work with three-phase circuits, generators, transformers, and switchgear under NEC/OSHA.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper shutdown procedures.

Job description

We are immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians in Florida who are willing to relocate to El Paso, TX! If you have 5+ years of industrial electrical experience and a valid license,

• Pay: $28.00 to $32.00/hour (Approx. $58,240–$66,560/year) + Overtime
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 AM
• Location: El Paso, TX (Relocation required)

Amazing Relocation & Bonus Package:

• Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement (with receipts)
• $650 monthly housing assistance for 3 months
• $3,000 Total Bonus: $1,500 at 90 days and $1,500 at 180 days

The Role:
