Job summary

Devine Management Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced electrician to install and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment in a relocation-heavy role based in Texas. The position requires relocating to El Paso, TX, with relocation reimbursement and housing support provided, and opportunities for retention bonuses at 90 and 180 days.

The ideal candidate holds a valid electrician license with commercial/industrial electrical experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Must hold a current electrician license.
• Commercial and/or industrial electrical experience required.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting and motor-control systems.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical safety practices.
• Ability to use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, controls, panels, transformers, and electrical circuits
• Run conduit, pull wire, perform terminations, and install electrical components
• Read schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings
• Perform equipment inspections, electrical testing, and preventive maintenance
• Support industrial equipment installation and repair projects

Relocation & Incentives

• Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement with receipts
• $650/month housing assistance for 3 months
• $1,500 retention bonus at 90 days
• $1,500 retention bonus at 180 days
