Job summary

Devine Management Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced industrial electrician for a full-time posting in El Paso, TX. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical systems, reading blueprints and schematics, wiring conduit, and managing three-phase circuits.

Requires 5+ years in industrial electrical work, a valid Journeyman Electrician license (TX or NM eligible), completed apprenticeship, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience (No apprentice electricians).
• Valid Journeyman Electrician license (TX or NM accepted; out-of-state must be eligible for TX license).
• Completed electrical apprenticeship.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems.
• Read blueprints and schematics to plan work.
• Install conduit and perform wire pulls.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Work with three-phase circuits, generators, transformers, and switchgear under NEC, OSHA, and lockout/tagout safety requirements.

Job description

If you have 5+ years of industrial electrical experience and a valid license.

• Pay: $28.00 to $32.00/hour (Approx. $58,240-$66,560/year) + Overtime
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 AM
• Location: El Paso, TX (Relocation required from Birmingham, AL)

Amazing Relocation & Bonus Package:

• Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement (with receipts)
• $650 monthly housing assistance for 3 months
• $3,000 Total Bonus: $1,500 at 90 days and $1,500 at 180 days

The Role:
