Qualifications

• Must hold one of the listed licenses (or be enrolled toward licensure at hire).
• Experience with ASAM criteria and addiction treatment preferred.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador for the IOP program and collaborate with clinical teams.
• Engage referral partners and community organizations to build program awareness.
• Provide input to leadership on visibility and effectiveness of the program.
• Deliver program curriculum (Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, CBT) per schedule.
• Conduct admissions using ASAM criteria and review assessments for eligibility.
• Provide counseling, case management, and crisis support to patients.
