Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is hiring a counselor to serve as the primary ambassador for the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The role collaborates with clinical teams, case managers, and support staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality care.

You will engage referral partners and community organizations to expand program awareness and drive growth. The Counselor will contribute to program design, provide input to leadership on visibility strategies, and uphold professional

Qualifications

• The Counselor must hold one of the listed licenses (CRADC, LPC, or LCSW).
• If not fully licensed, candidate must be enrolled in or begin licensure coursework at hire.
