Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services is seeking an Independently Licensed Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Clinician for our South Shore Hospital-designated program. You will deliver evidence-based clinical services to individuals with substance and/or alcohol use disorders in group and individual settings, under a redesigned IOP license.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, help clients access community resources, and support a compassionate, inclusive care environment aligned

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Independent license in a behavioral health field required (LADC I, LICSW, LMHC).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience providing clinical and substance use services.
• Group therapy experience strongly preferred.
• Able to work flexibly and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience utilizing Electronic Health Records is preferred.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to individuals with substance and/or alcohol use disorders in an IOP setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community resources to support clients.
• Work within the redesigned IOP program under the South Shore Hospital license.
