About the Role:

The IOP Therapist plays a critical role in delivering intensive outpatient treatment programs designed to support individuals struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. This position involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic group and individual sessions to promote recovery and wellness. The therapist collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure effective care. A key outcome of this role is to empower clients with coping strategies and life skills that foster long-term sobriety and mental health stability. Ultimately, the IOP Therapist contributes to improving clients' quality of life by providing compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic support within an outpatient setting.

What We’re Looking For

A licensed mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent in the state of practice.
  • Experience providing therapy in an outpatient or intensive outpatient program setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in addiction counseling (e.g., CADC, CAADC).
  • Experience working with diverse populations including adolescents, adults, and families.
  • Training in trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing techniques.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Bilingual abilities or experience working with non-English speaking clients.

Responsibilities:
