Job summary

iCare Health Services, LLC is seeking an independently licensed behavioral health clinician (LPC/LCSW/LISAC/LMFT) to join our Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health and SUD programs as a 1099 contractor. The clinician will provide services within their scope, including psychotherapy, assessments, treatment planning, coordination of care, and crisis intervention.

The role emphasizes IOP/SUD experience, including work with co-occurring disorders and AHCCCS/Medicaid populations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in behavioral health discipline required.
• Active Arizona LPC/LCSW/LISAC/LMFT license required.
• Ability to credential with health plans.
• Experience with IOP/SUD and co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments within scope and competency.
• Provide individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy per licensure.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Complete progress notes and documentation on time.
• Coordinate care with psychiatric, medical, nursing, and case management teams.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and chart reviews.
• Discharge planning and crisis intervention.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
