Job summary

AnnieMac Home Mortgage in Plano, TX is hiring Full Time Licensed Internal Mortgage Loan Originators to sustain a steady loan volume from real estate brokers, referrals, and company-provided leads.

You will handle inbound leads, collect borrower information, analyze income and debt, pre-qualify borrowers, counsel on loan products, provide disclosures, and maintain ongoing contact through closing, while completing required trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage industry required.
• Licensed as Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Knowledge of closing costs and loan products.

Responsibilities

• Handle qualified inbound leads from Realtors, contractors, builders, consumers, etc.
• Take information from the borrower and fill out the loan application.
• Analyze the prospective borrower's income and debt and pre-qualify the prospective borrower to determine the maximum mortgage that the borrower can afford.
• Counsel the borrower in the home buying and financing process, advising on loan products and showing how costs and payments vary.
• Provide disclosures to the borrower, including truth in lending, good faith estimate, and others.
• Counsel and advise the borrower in understanding and clearing credit problems.
• Maintain regular contact with the borrower, realtors, and the lender, between application and closing to apprise them of the status of the application and to gather any additional information as needed.
• Complete all Company mandatory trainings within the required timelines.
