The Juris Agency in New York seeks a Licensed Representative to grow with our team. You will service our existing client base, review policies, and cross-sell within the household, while delivering outstanding customer care.

Ideal candidates hold an active Property & Casualty license, are highly organized and communicative, and can explain complex coverage clearly. Bilingual skills are a plus. We offer Mon-Fri schedule, health, dental and vision insurance, a retirement plan and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to explain coverage clearly and work well with clients.

Responsibilities

• Call existing customers at renewal to review policies and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Handle day-to-day service-related issues for existing clients and assist with onboarding new ones.
• Educate clients on current coverage and recommended products.
• Support a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
