Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Active P&C license for Oregon and Washington.
• Proven track record of insurance sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and welcome new customers to ensure accuracy and proper coverage.
• Proactively contact customers before policy renewal to schedule reviews.
• Educate clients on policy options and changes impacting coverage.
• Identify gaps or opportunities to align policies with current needs.
• Cross-sell home, renters, auto, life, and retirement products.
• Maintain renewal pipeline and document reviews in the agency system.
