State Farm Agency in Springfield, MA is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional for a full-time role. Responsibilities include developing leads, meeting with customers to assess needs, and promoting appropriate insurance products and services.

License requirements include Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses, with a strong emphasis on customer service and relationship building. Starting pay ranges from $22 to $27 per hour, with commission and bonus potential.

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Starting hourly pay $22 - $27 (depending on licenses and experience) plus commission and bonus potential
