Job summary

Jessica Lyng Agency is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative in Florida who can generate leads, provide quotes, and sell Allstate auto, home, and personal lines policies. An active Property and Casualty license is required, with knowledge of Allstate products preferred.

The role offers base salary, commission, and bonuses with earnings potential from $55,000 to over $125,000. You will build relationships, meet sales targets, manage renewals, and explore cross-selling opportunities

• Candidate must hold an active Property & Casualty license.
• Knowledge of Allstate products and brokered home insurance policies preferred.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build relationships through outbound calls and warm follow-ups.
• Provide quotes and sell Allstate auto, home, and personal lines policies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Offer tailored coverage recommendations across brokered carrier platforms.
• Proactively manage client renewals and identify cross-selling opportunities.
