Base pay range

$86,000.00/yr - $106,000.00/yr

This role involves outside territory sales, offering scheduling flexibility and autonomy. You will engage with small to medium-sized businesses, presenting top-tier supplemental insurance products. Training includes classroom sessions, hands-on experience, and self-paced modules.

Experience in athletics, military, law enforcement, or a proven success record is preferred but not required. We are looking for driven individuals ready to make an impact.

Core Responsibilities
  • Utilize our customized Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your professional network.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
  • Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
  • Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
  • Visit businesses, develop relationships, follow up on leads, and reservice clients.
  • Build and nurture your client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with your manager to set sales targets.
  • Plan weekly schedule, submit it for approval.
  • Record daily work stats and sales activities.
Qualifications & Soft Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building genuine connections.
  • Passion for helping others, resilience, and a track record of success in sales or leadership roles.
  • Positive attitude, clear goals, and an optimistic outlook.
  • Quick thinking, situational awareness, critical thinking skills.

Additional Qualifications
  • Pass a high-level background check.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training and reimbursement provided).
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years relevant work experience (candidates near degree completion or with relevant background considered).
