We seek experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Professionals with active Property and Casualty licenses to help expand our agency's growth. This role is ideal for the ELITE Sales Professional committed to success and seeking long-term financial stability.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty license
• At least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance markets

Job Responsibilities

• Lead conversation and new account acquisition
• Manage sales pipeline effectively
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies
• Understand carrier products, underwriting, and guidelines
• Develop leads and manage applications, quotes, and proposals
• Issue new client accounts and transition files to onboarding
• Support training and onboarding of new sales staff
• Support account renewals and policy re-writes

Position Requirements

• Property/Casualty Producer License
• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance

Work Schedule & Compensation

Standard hours are 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday-Thursday, and 8:00 am – 5:00 pm on Fridays, with flexibility for evening and weekend hours. The role offers a base salary plus commissions, residual income, and potential for equity, along with comprehensive benefits.
