Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Salary: $50,000 - $150,000 per year

AnnieMac Insurance has immediate openings for full-time Sales Professionals in Colorado. We seek experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Professionals with active Property and Casualty licenses.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead conversations and acquire new accounts
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Implement sales strategies
  • Understand carrier products and underwriting guidelines
  • Use all AnnieMac systems and technology proficiently
  • Generate leads, process applications, produce quotes, and close sales
  • Issue policies and transition files to onboarding
  • Support training and onboarding of new sales staff

Position Requirements:

  • Property/Casualty Producer License
  • At least 2 years in personal lines insurance
  • Knowledge of insurance products and laws
  • Comfort with technology
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills

Hours of Operation: 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday-Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Friday, with flexible scheduling options, including remote work.

Compensation: Base salary plus commissions, residuals, and potential equity, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO. Leads provided to focus on new business.
