What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead conversations and acquire new accounts while managing a pipeline of provided sales opportunities
2. Implement and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve success
3. Intake applications, produce quotes, present proposals, and close business
4. Transition new business files to the Client Onboarding Team and provide backup support
5. Assist in training and onboarding new Sales Consultants

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Must possess a Property/Casualty Producer License
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the personal lines insurance markets
3. Thorough understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and state insurance laws
4. High level of comfort and proficiency with technology
5. Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented approach
