Bill-Hicks---State-Farm-Agent in Texas is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our in-office team. Base salary plus commission offers earning potential and growth.

You’ll work with current customers and new prospects to assess insurance needs, explain options, and recommend State Farm products. Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

We provide training, support, and a collaborative environment to help you meet sales goals and advance within the agency.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and a track record of meeting goals.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work in-office, Monday–Friday, with no weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Talk with prospective and existing customers about their insurance needs.
• Develop leads and follow up with prospective customers.
• Schedule appointments and conduct insurance reviews.
• Recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage.
• Build relationships that lead to new business and retention.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely customer records and follow-up.
