HirefinderRPO seeks a driven Sales Producer in San Antonio, TX to grow new business across Commercial and Personal Lines and become a trusted advisor. You’ll be backed by a collaborative agency with zero overhead and full infrastructure to set you up for success from day one.

The role emphasizes proactive prospecting, risk consultation, and relationship-building, with a focus on long-term client outcomes and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven sales experience with targets.
• Active Property & Casualty license in Texas or able to obtain within 30 days.
• Insurance industry experience preferred, but adaptable candidates welcome.
• Proficiency in CRM/AMS platforms and Microsoft Office 365.
• Consultative selling, high emotional intelligence, coachability, strong relationship skills, bilingual a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and close new accounts through proactive outreach.
• Conduct risk consultations to tailor insurance solutions for clients.
• Maintain CRM with daily activity updates and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure onboarding, retention, and cross-selling.
