Haley Reyes Agency in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Sales Producer to join our team focused on Auto, Home, Umbrella, Commercial, Specialty, and Life insurance. You will meet or exceed new business production goals, prospect for new business through calls, networking, referrals, and lead sources, and close sales.

Candidates must hold an active Property & Casualty license in Texas. We provide ongoing training, support, and clear opportunities for advancement within the agency.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in Texas, or willingness to obtain prior to start date.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a performance-driven environment.
• Coachable with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
• Confident communicator with a positive, professional, and energetic attitude.
• Strong follow-through with a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities
