Job summary

The Bullock Insurance Agency Incorporated in Sandston, VA is hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent on a full-time basis. You will quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, and other personal lines, using provided leads and a proven sales process to build lasting customer relationships.

We supply internet leads, live inbound quotes, and ongoing coaching with a modern CRM, plus paid training and uncapped commission opportunities to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Life & Health License is preferred but not required.
• Previous insurance sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are important.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Organized with strong time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Motorcycle, and other personal insurance products.
• Follow up on internet leads and inbound quote requests.
• Contact previous customers and win-back opportunities.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing customers.
• Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and savings opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers through exceptional service.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
• Follow agency sales processes and compliance guidelines.
